Don’t worry. If you buy a laptop from Back in Use and it breaks within a year, you’re covered. There’s no need to stress about expensive repairs or figuring things out on your own. We offer at least 2 years of warranty and real human support.
Your laptop is always covered by warranty
At Back in Use, you get a standard 2-year warranty on your device. This means we will investigate and fix the issue free of charge if something goes wrong during that period – as long as the device has been used normally.
For example, if your laptop won’t turn on, won’t charge, or the screen stops working properly, you can count on us. Even if you’re unsure whether the issue is covered by warranty, feel free to reach out. We’ll figure it out together.
You can find our contact details on the Back in Use contact page – everything is clearly explained there, including our email address and phone number.
What should you do if there’s a problem?
If something is wrong with your device, just get in touch with us. We’ll ask a few targeted questions to understand the issue. Sometimes we can solve it remotely. In other cases, we’ll ask you to send the device in for repair or replacement.
No need to search for a repair shop or store. We’ll take care of everything for you, from start to finish.
Do you have to pay for repairs or shipping?
No. If the issue is covered by warranty, both the repair and return shipping are completely free for you. We follow a clear and fair warranty procedure with no hidden costs or fine print.

What if the issue isn’t covered by warranty?
Even then, we won’t leave you hanging. We’ll look into the problem together and find a tailored solution. Often we can still repair the device at a fair price. We always let you know the cost upfront, so there are no surprises.
